I understand that I, as registrant/captain/boat owner, am responsible for my boat and occupants and their safety at all times. I have read and fully understand and agree to abide by all rules of The Greater Wilmington King Mackerel Tournament, and hereby release The Greater Wilmington King Mackerel Tournament, Inc., their principles, their subsidiaries, and their affiliates from any and all liability. I further understand that the decision to fish and participate in the Tournament is the responsibility of the registrant/Captain/boat owner. Further, as a participant I consent that The Greater Wilmington King Mackerel Tournament may use without payment or restriction any photograph in which he or she appears for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, resale advertising, commercial or promotional material. All Captains are required to sign this entry form as certification that they have read and agree to abide by all rules included. No entry will be accepted unsigned.
